Week 20 – Is it over?

Seven weeks to go and more and more GMs are convinced that it’s Dinky’s to lose.  Even if he goes .500 the rest of the way, the “best of the rest” of the teams would have to go at a better than .800 clip just to catch him.  There may be a few teams that are willing to make some major trades at the deadline, but it seems more and more unlikely with each week that teams lose ground to Dinky.

The NHL Trading deadline is Monday, Feb. 27th and the OFHL deadline is the following Sunday (March 4th) The OFHL treading deadline is Sunday midnight (and not before the first Monday game.)  Both GMs must post/call-in their acceptance of the trade before mid-night.

That Sunday is also the day of the last available pick-up.  No more pick-ups are given after the trading deadline, so pick wisely, Rolphy, as you get this week’s pick again (3 was rolled) and that means there will only be 2 more p/ups available this year.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Two Ducks scored 9 points – Hiller & Parros each hit the mark as the goalie wins a few and the sleeping giant finally gets pissed off enough to do something about it.

Now that's a post-fight celebration!
