Trade Analysis: Kane for Skinner & Pavelec

Trade: Rolphy trades Patrick Kane to Fulty for Jeff “Mule” Skinner & Onrej Pavelec

Analysis:  Win-Win.

Fulty: He gives up a promising young figure skater in Skinner, but getting Kane is a definite 20 point upgrade in that category.  Plus, Kaner is a consistent point/game player and leads the league in felonies. Pavelec was seldom used by Fulty and was starting to lose playing time to TRU professor “Chris” Montoya.

Rolphy: It’s a win for Rolphy as he rids his team of all his “Damn Black Hawks.” Never one to let grudges go, Rolphy wants to get rid of all players from teams that have crushed his beloved ‘nucks playoff runs. He now just needs to trade Bruins Krug & Subban and the healing will be complete. Pavelec should bolster an inconsistent goalie pool; either that, or Rolphy gets a jump on next season as he starts the super-tanking early.
